About Us

We most honorably and respectfully write you on the above subject and wish to convey to you, the decision of our Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 25th, August 2003,
that we shall soon start extending our services to the communities and people of Africa.

Living Water Foundation (LWF) is a registered private humanitarian non-partisan, non-profit and non-governmental organization founded on 23rd July, 2003 by a group of entrepreneurs, social work consultants and international businessmen with Head Office in Aachen Germany.

Moved by the plight of the less privileged in the society and the dilemma of non-governmental organizations (NGO’S) in the face of dwindling funds, the foundation was established to assist governments and charitable organizations in their efforts at helping the impoverished peoples of Africa and third World Nations.

Living Water Foundation LWF. will use its vast resources as well as such funds and contributions it receives from world bodies like the United Nations (UN), as government institutions, aid donors and philanthropists to help develop the less
privileged and communities in the World.

The Board of Trustees at the meeting projected to spend $2 billion over a five years period with a rolling plan beginning from this year. Some of our proposed projects include:-

1. African Literacy & Educational Assistance Fund (ALEAF).
2. Mass Literacy Support Fund for the Less Privileged Worldwide (MLSFLPW).
3. Old/Elderly People’s Rehabilitation Home (OEPRH).
4. Damkay Consortium Computer Institutes (DCCI).

Some capital projects which will take-off this year include the building of a Rehabilitation Centre for the less Privileged in Owerri Imo State Nigeria & Virginia USA; building of the first Old/Elderly People’s Home in Aba, Abia State Nigeria & Aachen Germany, and the building of an Institute for Computer Literacy for the disabled with an assistance from state school management Board Aachen Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany to be sited in Owerri, Imo State, building of an Administrative Office Complex in Lagos State, building of an Ultra Modern Complex in Abuja as headquarters for African Literacy & Educational Assistance Fund (ALEAF).

We are seriously dedicated to removing poverty from the less privileged of the World and communities through the development of such communities.

Our concern is to convert disability to ability. Our focus is to directly commit our resources to the education of inhabitants of developing countries and improve Community services in developed countries and the establishment of an enabling environment for the development.

Living Water Foundation (LWF) will help develop the domestic economies through various development programs sponsored by the United Nations. (UN) and other world organizations.

Our $2 billion budget for a five-year development programs would be targeted at poverty eradication, donations of NAFDAC registered foods and drugs to the less privileged, funding of scholarships, sending out the best of our handicapped abroad to learn, helping destitute and NGO’s in their quest for funding.

We hope to hear from you soon, if you are supporting our humanitarian programs. We shall be obliged to furnish you further, with more details of our activities on request.

Sincerely Yours,
For Board of Trustees
